Private one-to-one yoga sessions are offered from my private studio in Collingwood, Melbourne, providing a calm, welcoming and discreet environment where you can relax, learn and practise at your own pace.

More Than Just Stretching

No two people are the same, so no two sessions are exactly alike.

Every session is individually adapted to your body, your goals and your level of experience.

Your session may include stretching, yoga postures, breathing techniques, guided relaxation, meditation, mindfulness and practical yoga philosophy, all presented in a simple, supportive and accessible way.

Every class concludes with a deep personalised relaxation, allowing your body and mind time to absorb the practice before you return to the rest of your day feeling lighter, calmer and refreshed.

Since 2001, I've had the privilege of helping men from all walks of life discover the many benefits of authentic yoga, each arriving with different goals, different experiences and their own unique journey.

After teaching yoga for decades, one thing I've learned is that life isn't always predictable. Work commitments, travel, holidays, family, illness—or perhaps you've simply got a hot date 😊

That's why the passes are designed to be flexible. While a regular weekly practice offers the greatest benefits, there's no pressure to use your classes in consecutive weeks. Simply return to your practice when the time is right and continue your journey at a pace that works for you.

Five Yoga Classes & Massage Package

This package includes five private yoga sessions and one relaxing massage. Your massage can be enjoyed whenever it feels right for you—before a session to help you relax and settle in, after a session to extend your sense of wellbeing, or at the end of your package as a well-earned reward for the progress you've made. It's entirely your choice.

Simply book your first private yoga session online and select the package when booking. At your first appointment, we'll organise your remaining sessions together at times that best suit your schedule.

This two-hour experience combines one private yoga class followed by a deeply relaxing yoga massage.

Move, stretch and strengthen your body through yoga, then completely unwind during a restorative massage, leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and more connected with yourself.

It's also a wonderful opportunity to spend extra time exploring postures you may find challenging in a group class before finishing with a deeply relaxing massage.

Online classes are available during normal private class booking hours. If you're interstate, overseas or in a different time zone, please contact Gay Men's Yoga. Whenever possible, I'll do my best to arrange a suitable time that works for both of us.
